These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Milestone. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Service Description

Milestone is a productivity and life-tracking application.
Certain features (e.g., unlimited milestones, backdating) are reserved for premium tiers (Premium and Ultra).

3. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and RevenueCat.
Payments are billed based on the plan you select.
Cancellations must be handled via your Apple ID settings.

4. Content and Ownership

You retain full ownership of the milestones you log.
We do not claim any ownership over your personal data.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the app for any illegal purposes or to attempt to reverse engineer its functionality.

6. Limitation of Liability

We provide our services "as is" and are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the app.
